I am a Registered Homeopath and Registered Holistic Nutritionist, and I have been working in the field of natural health for nearly eight years. My journey into this work began long before my formal education. It truly started when I became a mother. With the responsibility of raising children came a deep desire to make informed, healthier choices for my family. I began questioning ingredients, exploring natural remedies, and seeking a more root-cause approach to health and healing.
This personal curiosity soon evolved into formal training. I pursued professional education in holistic nutrition and homeopathic medicine, where I deepened my understanding of how the body, mind, and emotions are intricately connected. My undergraduate in family studies strengthened my understanding of family dynamics, child development, and emotional well-being, foundations that continue to shape how I support my clients today.
Over the years, I have shared my passion for wellness by writing educational blogs, creating wholesome food products, showcasing them on social media, participating in farmers’ markets, and hosting wellness talks at local health food stores. Education and empowerment are central to my work.
In my practice, I support a wide range of health concerns including digestive disorders, skin conditions, hormonal imbalances, migraines, fatigue, behavioral concerns, and acute illnesses such as colds, flu, allergies, and minor injuries. I work with individuals of all ages from infants to the elderly, always tailoring care to the unique needs of each person.
My approach is deeply holistic. I take the time to carefully understand each client’s mental, emotional, and physical symptoms before prescribing an individualized homeopathic remedy. I combine this with practical nutritional guidance and sustainable lifestyle recommendations to support true healing from within. My goal is not only symptom relief, but long-term balance and resilience, creating a space where individuals and families feel supported, heard, and empowered in their health journey.

What Is Homeopathy?
Homeopathy is a holistic system of medicine founded in 1796 by Samuel Hahnemann. It is based on the principle of “like cures like”, the idea that a substance capable of producing symptoms in a healthy person can, in highly diluted form, help stimulate healing in someone experiencing similar symptoms. Rather than suppressing symptoms, homeopathy views them as meaningful expressions of the body’s attempt to restore balance.
What makes homeopathy different from other healing modalities is its individualized approach. Two people with the same diagnosis may receive completely different remedies based on their unique physical symptoms, emotional state, temperament, stress patterns, sleep habits, and overall constitution. The focus is not the disease label, but the person experiencing it.
Homeopathic remedies are prepared through a specific process of dilution and succussion (vigorous shaking), designed to enhance their energetic imprint while minimizing toxicity. Because of this, remedies are generally gentle and non-invasive.
Unlike conventional medicine, which often targets isolated symptoms, or even some natural therapies that focus primarily on biochemistry, homeopathy aims to stimulate the body’s inherent self-regulating capacity. It works on physical, emotional, and mental levels simultaneously, supporting long-term balance rather than temporary relief.
